I have completed the payment for the Online Test Series(OTS)/Mock Test, but it has not been activated. What steps should I take?

If payment has been completed but your test has not been activated, kindly write you concern and forward the payment proof to testseries@aceenggacademy.com for us to verify the payment status at our end. 

Please dial 7799996602 and select number 6 from IVR options to contact OTS department.
