I have completed the payment for the Online Test Series(OTS)/Mock Test, but it has not been activated. What steps should I take?

If payment has been completed but your test has not been activated, kindly write you concern and forward the payment proof to for us to verify the payment status at our end. 

Please dial 7799996602 and select number 6 from IVR options to contact OTS department.
