If you cannot find the option to download the app or Ace Online App is not visible in the Microsoft Store, it may be because your country or region settings need adjustment.
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below to change the country & region Settings on your Windows device:
1) Click on "Start" Menu
2) Type "Country"
3) Click on "Change your Country or region"
4) Under 'Region' change your Country to "India"
5) Close the Microsoft Store and reopen it.
6) Search for "ACE Online" app.
7) Click on install to download the application to your computer.
Note:
1) Purchased content cannot be accessed on a web browser.
2) Currently, the ACE Online app is not available for MAC OS.
3) Ace online application works only on Windows 10 or higher version.
4) Sometimes few third party apps can restrict the download of Ace online application.
